Politically-incorrect French film, AGATHE CLERY, now available on DVD

France's politically-incorrect film, AGATHE CLERY, is now available with English subtitles on Taiwanese NTSC Region 3 DVD: http://dvd.jsdvd.com/product_info.ph...ducts_id=23196

The DVD specs are Anamorphic, DD 5.1 French, and English subtitles.

Out of curiousity, I would want to rent this but not buy it, especially after reading about how rascist this movie is.

Fascinating! I read the summary, this sounds to me like a very strong ANTI-racist film in the vein of Black like Me, where a white person becomes black and experiences life on the 'other side' - thus forever changing their views of humanity.

In black like me, the change was voluntary from someone who wanted to understand, here non-voluntary from a racist who had no intention of seeing life from the other side. But without understanding French, this seems like a potentially powerful film to break down the barriers of racism.

Just from what I can gather from what little information there is in English, of course. If anybody has actually seen this, that would be appreciated!

This is what I was expecting too. But after reading all the reviews, it turns out that the director/writer go no where with the events that happen and just focus on cliched stereotypes, which in turn, the movie that is supposed to comment on rascism in society backfires and turns into a racist film itself.

I hope you buy it and tell me what you think!

Is it worse than, say, Blazing Saddles?
