Depends on what country you want to import from. Any particular countries' films you're talking about? I've had experience with Hong Kong and Japan.

I order quite a few from Amazon UK and many are zone free. (I have a region/zone free player so I really don't have to worry.)

For UK release I would recommend Amazon UK and BlahDVD -- I tend to use the latter for single-item or small orders.
