I ended up getting a refund. After the refund, they sent me a Metropolis poster in a tube they had reinforced and it arrived in good shape. The tubes they use are too small in diameter and too thin. Any injury to the tube damages the poster and the damage gets repeated along the tightly rolled poster. Itís a shame as I would like to have the other posters.

Joan of Arc steelbook set is amazing. 3 cuts of the movie, original danish title cards and an impressive tome of a booklet to go with it.

My only quibble is that I rather like the Voices of Light audio track on the Criterion DVD. Would have liked to have it on this release. Looks far better than the Criterion DVD though.

I like the VOL track too, which is why I'm holding onto the Criterion disc.

They shipped 2 replacement posters but I never received either one. They let me keep the one I received and gave me a credit towards picking up some blu-rays. It would have been nice to get a poster in perfect shape - but I've always had great service from Eureka.
