Franklyn UK Blu-Ray: Region Free?

Curious about this film. The DVD and Blu-ray were released a few weeks ago. Is the Blu-Ray region locked? Pretty much addressing Pro-B since he knows the answers to all of these queries.

From what I've read in other forums, the "Franklyn" blu-ray import is, indeed, Region B coded.

I still can't post links, but there's a review over on DVD Therapy that lists the movie as being Region B locked.
