Is this 80's guilty pleasure available on DVD anywhere??

Just wondered if the 80's cult movie "Electric Dreams", is available on DVD or dare I say Blu-ray?? ( I can dream can't I) -popcorn-

ebay has a bunch of copies from australia, so I'm assuming it was released there.

Considering that the inquiry comes from someone who's location <u>is</u> Australia, I doubt it's been released officially there - and there's no sign of it on the websites I checked.

I'm wondering if it's a music-licensing problem that's kept this of the market?
