Kenneth Branagh's 'The Magic Flute' UK PAL question
 

What is the aspect ratio on the UK PAL edition of this film, according to Amazon.co.uk - it states 1.78, is this wrong, or is it in fact cropped. The film on imdb states it's OAR is 2.35 CDWow seems to have an import that does retain the OAR - what's the deal with this release, and more importantly why has this not been released in the US?

My opinion is that the most appealing release for English speakers is the DFW 3DVD set (2 CDs included) but it is more than likely a moot point to import it if you don't want to spend extra for the music:
