I am glad to hear some of you are having success- I'm done with CDWOW.

In June I ordered 6 DVDs and they didn't ship until mid-August.

I gave them another chance and ordered 3 more Shaw Brothers titles over 2 weeks ago. And they shipped one today (Nov 1), with the other 2 still backordered. And these movies are out- I can go pick these up in NYC Chinatown for only $2 more. Which is what I'll be doing from now on.

Do you mean the dual sided steelbook? I was wondering why my order had'nt been despatched, then searched cd-wow's site for Transformers again and found it had been pushed back. yesasia.com was stocking it, but they were asking silly money for it. Seems to to have dissapeared off the yesasia site. Must be quite limited availability?

EEz28, you might want to double-check your order online. BFI should appear as part of the title. If it does, then you should definitely contact CD-Wow to get this sorted out. If not, then perhaps you accidentally ordered the wrong version.

It did say the right one (both on their website and my emails) and they have already responded to my email that they are working to get me a new disc out shortly. I checked the new order number and it is at "pending dispatch".

Not sure why you think you got "screwed." They made a mistake, and they're fixing it. Why would you rather have it be a widespread problem?

Yeah, bad choice of words, it just sucks is all cause I have been really wanting this disc for a long time. It won't keep me from shopping at cdwow though.

I am currently working on buying some DVDs/CDs on CDWow. However i am heaving the problem of where to put my City Name?. Can anyone help me. or give me an example of how should my shipping address look like, (BTW. I live in USA).

I placed an order two days back......and I have to say that still don't see it in my account due to a web page problem that IT is working on to salve it in the next few days.....However, thay also told me that my order (Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) is goint to be distpached as soon as they get them from their provider, which mean "We really donż't know when we are going to distpach your order"....is really a shame....I thought that those things were over now....First time and last time for me......
