I've not seen them and I think it's best I don't

Actually,
quite a few of the other films are better. Three is a good modern day shapes film. Four and Five are really not part of the series. That said, King Of The Kickboxers is an above average film for the period and American Shaolin is great fun. BTW, these are the long versions of the films which were slightly changed for US release. It's a REAL shame they're all foolscreen though, as I'd jump on this set.
