Johnny Got His Gun - which version?

I know the region 2 DVD has non removable subtitles. Is anyone familiar with the region 4 version or the Arrow Films region 0 version?

The UK DVD is fine and is on sale at £6 (+ shipping -tax for the US) at Amazon
