Unless I am misunderstanding something on that site, I don't see how tacos got the price he listed.
It says one of those DVDs is 120g + plus weight of shipping box.
So the price is:
NT$319 DVD
NT$610 SHIPPING (for up to 0.5 kg)
--------
NT$929 [ 1 TWD = 0.0306044 USD ] converts to $28.43 US
What am I missing?
Why was it only $21.18?

The shipping guide that JSDVD supplies is just a rough outline of their shipping prices. What they actually do is package your order, weigh it, then charge you the shipping cost for shipping that exact weight. So that .5kg price is not an "up to" price, but the price you'd pay if your order was .5kg. Tacos order was probably around .2kg, not .5kg, so the shipping cost was lower.

I have no idea how they handled it to be honest but I know that my price was how I listed it. Shipping costed more than the dvd is all I know. I bought the dvd. Then they emailed me the shipping cost. I then had to go back to the website to purchase the shipping. I didn't email and ask them how they came up with it. I do know that I ordered a couple dvds from koreandvds.com over 2 weeks ago and I have still not seen them. So, I would say that JSDVD Mall handles shipping fairly well.

Ok. Now that I have had a minute to look over everything. Nowhere on this dvd does it say remastered picture. And just flipping threw it. I don't see a stunning transfer either. I've never seen the original so I don't know how they compare. But, I'm wondering if the R2 disc says anything about a remastered picture on the back? I am using a samsung 850 as my region free dvd player and it isn't exactly a top notch player. But, this doesn't look so good so far. The back of the dvd lists audio commentary with David Fincher, Micheal Douglas and others. Behind the scenes footage, On location Footage, Alternate Ending, Trailer, StoryBoards, Production Design Artwork. Seems like alot on just a 1 discer.

On http://web12.dvd2web.de/game/game.htm you can see, that the quality of the transfer barely changed, in comparison with the RC2. There is just some improvement of the compression, which is barely visible. Not worth to double-dip, except for the bonus material.

Re: Special edition of "The Game" on the way
The Blu-ray recycles the same HD-DVD master and without any of the extras.... Gotta wait for the Criterion.
