Watched this over the weekend - felt a bit low key compared to some previous years, to be honest. Disappointed for Romain Duris and surprised to see Michel Bouquet win best actor - what were the chances of "The Beat..." winning 8 and Duris missing out? Good to see Baye and de France winning, though, and also pleased for Louis Garrel.

I am yet to pick up the Mitterrand bio-pick that was released in the UK so I can not comment on the actual vote. Everything else...pretty much as predicted by the French press.
