Sarah99, does Play.com now ship to the US?
I looked in on them years ago when I first started collecting and they did not at that time.
I'm Interested in the Phantasm sets that they have available.

Though, I would have to say, most of the "coolest" non R1 DVDs are unfortunately housed in limited edition packaging, so for those interested in obtaining these, it's nice to know firstly, what's available and second, how to reduce the timetable to pick one up before they are gone .. or fall into the trap of commanding aftermarket prices.
Some more obvious examples:
R2 Alien Head
R2 i-Robot Sonny Head (which I've included because you can store the discs within the head)
James Bond Attache Case
R2 Shawshank Redemption "Titanic" Case
R2 Spirited Away set with Diorama
Taiwan Lord of the Rings Box
Alien vs Predator Monster Box
... etc.
All of these are limited editions. So, I think it's fairly relevant never the less.

looks pretty interesting. I wish I could've found a better picture.
I've only seen it at sensasian.com, for $45.
I would really really like to see this movie, but I don't know if I'm going to shell out the money for this version. Even though it's a pretty good deal (seems like).

DVD Talk Platinum Edition
(in regards to the promise)As sweet as that looks, I think I'm going to hold off to another release, maybe HK or Korea. A)its PAL and like to avoid that if possible and B)and might have that dreaded watermark (most of the DVDs from CHINA do, grr).

Guys,
In order to see where a DVD comes from that has the photo only and no weblink, I suggest:
Right Click with your mouse on the photo and then select Properties. This should give an indication as to what site the image is from.
I understand though this is not always the case because some good people save these photos from websites and store them on an image hosting site.
But hey, at least it is a start and yes it is better if the source of the photos is revealed as well. !!

This is also easily found on ebay. Shipping to the states with cost of the set included would be about $30.00 . However, since you are closer to China then I am, I would imagine shipping being much cheaper for you.
