Pro-B (or anyone else who knows for that matter),

I recently purchased this from Xploited, but unlike other Ripley releases I have, this one does NOT come with English subs. It does however have an English AUDIO option. There are only Italian subs for some reason. It is my fault for not reading the description on Xploited but was wondering if your copy does in fact have English subs. Your description above says it does and all other Ripley releases I have include them so I am surprised they are not included. If not, are you aware of another comparable release with English subs? Thanks.

Hello Amon,

The info Ripley initially provided indeed confirmed English subtitles. But when they did release the disc apparently only an Englisb dub was included. I should have gone back and updated the info but since no one replied to this thread it must have somehow slipped my mind. SONY-Italia have done a few similar announcements, their release of Rossellini's Vanina Vanini was also announced with English subs but such are not present. On the other hand their release of Dino Risi/Rossi/Bolognini's Le Bambole was announced without subs but it came out with English subs.

Most of the time I just provide the info vendors/and distribs release.

This being said, this is the only release of this film suitable for English speakers.

Thanks for the quick reply. If this is the only option, then so be it. It's better than nothing.
