Are International UMDs for PSP region-free???
As the PSP gets more popular around the world, there are going to be UMDs getting released in each of those countries. Besides USA/Canada, there are UMDs in China, Japan, and England. Does anyone know if a UMD from any country can play on any PSP from any country or are the Region/Pal/NTSC factors going to be the same in a UMD as a DVD?

From what I read I don't know if it's regions per se but a PSP from Japan will not play a UMD from Japan/Canada and vice versa. Games on the PSP however are playable in all regions.

Thrawn is right. Only games are region free. Movies are region coded like DVDs.

Some UMDs have been released as all-region UMDs...well, three Japanese porn titles from HMP.
