From the emphasis on pankot (sp?) -- freerunning, whatever you call it, I'd say something European.
Pretty sure I heard English as well so I'm thinking something British. Either way it's not from something I've seen before. You could probably find out pretty quickly by posting that link at www.twitchfilm.net -- those guys are on top of pretty much everything international.
