Information on R2 "Halloween II"?

Does anyone know anything about a Region 2 release of Halloween II? I just saw a copy on eBay, and I noted how it was a limited edition two-disc set! What kinds of extras does it have? Sounds so much better than any R1 release we've ever seen.
