Dracula on DVD anywhere?

Is the Japanese Anime version of Dracula, that is based on Marvel's Tomb of Dracula series, on DVD anywhere in the world? I would like it in Japanese w/English Subs but would take an English Dub.

Don't know about proper "E-"tailers but I've seen boat loads of them on Ebay.
