Just in case someone was looking for this one, they sold it here. AFAIK, the only way to get this one was buying the giftset of the newer version of the movie, so if this helps someone to get the original one...

It's also available from koreandvds.com for $4.99--38% cheaper than the supplier the op listed. I've always found the service from Korean DVS to be excellent.
