How I Won the War: Anyone pick it up yet?

I noticed this was released in Zone 2. Has anyone picked it up. Any comments on the quality? I also it listed on Amazon zone 1 but looks like its a place holder. Thanks in advance.

I have not picked it up however I inquired quite some time ago about this release (UK) and the feedback I received was that the quality is average at best.
