MA MERE w/ Isabelle Huppert?
MA MERE starring Isabelle Huppert has been released on DVD in Italy by Columbia Tristar. Any word on if the DVD contains English subtitles? I can't find any details.

Nope, no subs....that's why I did not post it.

Slightly off-topic (as it's nothing to do with the subs - or no subs), but just to say that this opened here earlier this year and I found it to be very disappointing. I'm a big fan of Huppert (who isn't?), and think that Louis Garrel is an interesting young actor, but this film was a real mess.
When it does appear on a DVD version that you might want to pick up, you'd be best to rent (or borrow) it first: definitely not worth a blind buy! Dazza. |
Interesting....I have not seen the film yet but you are the second person Dazza that mentions that this specific film is quite a letdown. I own pretty much everything that Hupper has done (and it is available on dvd)....but might pass on this one (as I will not buy the lattest Binoche film when it comes out as well-Country of My Skull).
Thank you for the heads up. Pro-B |

Great news. Let's hope for a good, clean transfer.
