Is Fox ever planning to release Alien3 and Alien Resurrection separately?

Probably not. Since they are easily the most maligned in the series, they probably feel they would'nt sell well enough on their own. Hence the bundling in the past two boxsets. I do think they are available seperately in R1 though.

Andre, would love to see re-issues of the Jurassic Parks as well. BUT... you can pick up the R1 versions (non superbit) but still DTS for about 9 bucks each.

Not gonna happen, Columbia/Tri-Star isn't distributing Universal titles any longer. I think Pioneer/Geneon is now.

The Magnificent Seven Ultimate Edition should be nice. This is one of my all-time favorite films.

On the Ultimate Edition catalog back page it lists Aliens vs. Predator on 12/18/04. Is this also an Ultimate Edition release?

Well of the major 15, the ones I would want the most, the die hard trilogy, planet of the apes (remake), and Terminator, I already possess quality versions of.
As for Planet of the Apes, it is no different then the fairly cheap and easily available american version.
As for speed, we'll see. I may order it, if I buy a few dozen more important titles first.

And from the notable new arrivals, I am entertaining the Silence of the Lambs option.

I thought so originally but I think, in fact I am almost certain, that the ad is for the theatrical release of the film
