Re: Infernal Affairs Trilogy Boxset
Well, this was my copy (see my earlier post above), and if I could have gotten more, I would have! But people either wanted to trade me for it, or simply weren't interested in buying it. It's a beautifully packaged set, but with the Blu-rays out I didn't see the point in keeping it, beyond the collector's aspect, which doesn't interest me.

That's what Shiv Shankly said, his set was the one that zombeaner bought.
Maybe I'm just biased because it's one of my favorite movies (and trilogies). Also because I think the packaging, DVD jacket artwork and the Chronological film disc are all rad

If I were HD, I'd probably have both, because I obsess like that. However, I'm still SD and buying away like there's no tomorrow. I don't even think that once I go HD, hopefully around Xmas this, that I'll be replacing much, probably just adding a new format. There is no way I'll be able to afford HD and BD in all of my rooms.

Re: Infernal Affairs Trilogy Boxset
Just got it today! Thanks! The set is in beautiful shape, the discs are all perfect. The outside box is a little dinged, but I probably would've found it on a shelf in a store like this. All in all, I am very satisfied!

Anyone have the 8 Disc that they are willing to part with for under $100?

Re: Infernal Affairs Trilogy Boxset
So I finally decided to just order the Blu-Ray trilogy.
Found two auctions for sealed copies of the Megastar 8-Disc, but both were going for $200. A little more than I wanted to pay. I'll probably keep my eye out on getting the set cheap someday, but for now the Blu-Ray discs will keep me happy.

Re: Infernal Affairs Trilogy Boxset
If there was anything I was disappointed with the bluray boxset, it's that the newly added special features from the remastered DVD boxset was not included in the BD. Otherwise, I have all 3 movies (and "The Departed") in both SD and HD formats. I'd let the DVDs go but my DVD copy of the first film is kinda autographed by Kelly Chen. Kinda hard to let go of that.

Re: Infernal Affairs Trilogy Boxset
I'll throw that question back out there then...I have the BD set but have always wanted the 8 disc one:
If anyone is looking to sell it for less than $100, let me know.
