Problems with eThaiCD.com?
 

I placed an order with eThaidCD over the weekend. I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order. When I check the "Order Status" link on the site it just says "New" and the date I placed the order. I sent them three emails with no response.

Should I be worried? People seem to have had good experiences with them in the past...

Thats if you get your dvds! I got smashed to hell dvds from them and has to PAY!!!!!!!!! to send them back for replacements!

and that was 3 months ago! and stil nothing! never using them muppets ever again!

I did receive an email from them that they received my order and will be shipping shortly....

All is good. They shipped my order via FedEx, should be here in two days.

Happy ending! Got my DVDs packed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. No worries...

Just want to add my praise of eThaiCD.com. I've ordered many times from them in the last six months, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Super fast service, great prices

i have ordered from them twice and have had no problems what so ever.

Well if you have to PAY to return a dvd thats not on in my books, they should always pay to replace bad dvds, and I have never had to pay to send dvds back ever to any company for this alone I will never use them again.
