Is City of God R3 by Panorama any good?

Just wondering if anybody's watched this edition. I really don't care about additional features, as long as the picture and sound are great. If not, which edition would you recommend. I know of 3 at the moment: Brazil Special Ed, US, and UK. Thanks.

While it's not quite as good as the US DVD in terms of picture, it does has a DTS track... I had both and took screenshots of each and the R3 Panorama was pretty darn good, especially for the money.
