DVDAsian Contact Info?

Alright, I know someone posted this here before, I'm almost positive in fact, but I did a search as well as manually searching for it, and couldn't find it.

Anyways, my latest order arrived horribly.

My Big Fish had a cut in the box (Huge rip), and my Arahan is dented on the corner (now doesn't stand up straight, but slanted).

Anyone have DVDAsian's contact info?

It's on their policy page...

They are usually very good about damaged items. I have had a few things damaged and they always pay for shipping both ways, and only require you to send back the actual damaged item (so you don't need to send your discs).

I was the one asking, thanks for posting the info flash.

Stunna, tell me how it goes when you attempt to contact them. I've been trying and have had no luck. I've left two messages so far and have had no response.

Have you tried emailing? They usually get back to me in less than an hour whenever I contact them.

I emailed them, and they got back to me within a few hours. You should try that.

Wierd, I emailed them at least twice to get my username/password fixed so I could login to their site and never heard back. That was the reason I began asking for their contact info, I wanted to call them directly instead of trying to email them again.

I'll give the email a try again.
