The Day of the Beast (El Día de la Bestia) with Eng subs?
Does anyone know if The Day of the Beast (El Día de la Bestia) is available in any region on DVD with English subs? There is a German DVD, but there are no English subs.
Thanks very much.
(If you haven't seen this film, it's a truly unique horror/black comedy.)

Hey, thanks Trencher and Daniel. I forgot about this thread and it had gotten bumped off the first page.
Sucks about it being OOP. I saw someone on IMDB mention the Revok disc, saying the quality was okay, but no menus or any other features. Still might pick it up. If a boot is the only way to get it, my philosophy is get it if you want it. I wish that a R1 release was on the way.

The Day of the Beast
Personally, I'd not give that money to Revok.com (Darryl Revok, Scanners!). I think what they're doing is piracy through and through. I have no problem with people copying their own property but for a company to do it and grandly claim it's OK, is rubbish. I'd say NBC-Universal-Vivendi very clearly own those rights in the USA.
If you want it that much you will get it. I have it here (with English subs) and I paid a low price for it. You might have to try Spanish forums, or I'm sure someone can help you out.

dvdgo.com had it for about 6 or 7 euros for a couple of months before it went OOP. They were also selling the Thesis, Abre Los Ojos and The Others Collector's Editions for the same price. I felt jipped because I had already bought all previously for much more. Oh well, they are all great editions, nonetheless.
