Pulp Fiction: Collector's Edition (DTS) at CD-WOW.com.hk is HK $89 which converts to $11.52 US.

As far as NTSC, I think the best version is the Korean Region 0. It lacks DTS but the video is better than the 2 Disc Region 1. I never knew PF could look so good.
