Cool, one of my favorite Adjani films along with Mortelle Randonnée. She's hot

Is this the 1st release of this film or is there a good french only version out there already?

The TF1 version is very nice though recently been rather hard to track down....(as I know you dont need English subs I suggest you go for it).

if it does turn out to be full screen, i wonder if that would just represent an unmatted image?

normally i would pass too if its MAR, but unmatted is not nearly as offensive to me as cropped and scanned.

and in this instance you would derive one benefit (more Isabelle).
i'll be interested in the verdict from BJackson

well, having seen the TF1 disc there is no way I can settle for a non-widescreen version. I will simply re-buy it if it turns out that the British disc is indeed full-screen.

My copy arrived today. It's not exactly full screen but it isn't widescreen either. There is a small black bar across the bottom and an even smaller one across the top. I've never seen a DVD like this before. Also, the print they used looks like crap. There's lots of visible dirt and artifacts.

What HORRIBLE news, this truly has been a day of bad, bad news...

I suppose I will re-buy the TF1 version again (I gave it away to one of my colleagues after I heard that there wil be a British version)...as I dont foresee a R1 version any time soon.

Thank you for the ...well....bad news...
