I was charged $60.17 as well. Then there is a seperate charge from them for $1.19, so it looks like my final is $61.36

It should say scheduled for delivery and you should receive it that same day.

I got the email about the raised shipping charge a few days ago and I got the shipping notice this morning, but the tracking number still isn't working.

Oh give me a F'n break - as if no one in this thread has already seen the movie. They're just color stills of stuff you've already seen, what's the spoiler?

Damn, they haven't gotten back to me since that crappy email saying they jacked up shipping. I'd be happy if I got a shipping notice.

Well, considering I hadn't seen the film, I consider it a spolier... which is why I posted what I did.

I'll just stay out of the KB threads until I watch it.

Then I sincerily apologize. I just get rilled up by the "spoiler-police", though you had a legitimate beef.

But it begs the question - why in the world are you going through a huge thread on an obscure import version of an otherwise readly available film you haven't seen yet?

I ordered it....why get second best when you can get the best elsewhere? I figured I would get and watch the only version I would rather watch. Simple as that.

Well, that is definitely one small sword. I am not as excited as I was about the boxset contents.... BUT.... I still want it.

I wonder if that shirt would fit one of my arms....
I remember ordering an XXL t-shirt from europe and it was like a medium here in the US.

Bill, my feelings exactly...completely a blind buy for me as well. I figured if I was gonna buy/watch it, why not get the best possible version. (an that sword is much smaller that I was think it was gonna be).

Yeah, you know they always say that those Japanese swords are a little small.

Well the sword is 1/10 scale. What were you guys expecting?

Anyway, that's two pics I've seen of the open box now, but I haven't seen the booklet that supposed to be included. Is it hidden underneath the sword and Be@rbrick figure?

this is a scan from inside the booklet. the rest is all in japanese. some sketches an interview with the 5678's, sonny chiba and some other stuff. it is inside the dvd case if you are wondering where it is.

btw, there are no english subtitles on the extras. however, some of it is in english
