Disclose any shipping costs.
Make it clear where you can and can't ship to.
When sending money via PayPal, always get the other person's real info including: full name, address, and phone number.

What can and can't be posted here?

You can post DVDs and VCDs for sale as long as they are not from Region 1.
You cannot post DVDs that you have for sale from Region 1... (even if you're posting some foreign film releases, don't throw in your one or two random Criterion titles.)
You cannot post domestic releases of foreign films as those go in the DVD Exchange Forum (unless it's a Tai Seng release)
You can post Foreign releases of domestic films though strangely enough.

My feedback at Half/Ebay - something in the neighborhood of +100 or so rating with 1 negative from a few years ago because the guy ordered the wrong item and months later decided to blame me, when I emailed him to offer to take the item back and give him a cash refund (since it was past the time you could do it through half.com) he just gave me a negative rating - can't please everyone I guess.

I ship promptly and all of my DVDs are in pristine, mint or brand new condition unless otherwise noted.
All items are DVDs and all DVDs are NTSC and all have English subtitles unless otherwise noted.
Regions are listed - if no region listed, assume it's R0.
Shipping is actual cost depending on method and weight... no handling fees or whatever junk and I have plenty of boxes to ship with.
I accept PayPal.
I prefer to sell to those who order more items and will generally knock off a few bucks here and there if you order more than a few items. Selling one at a time gets a bit tedious.
