I'm not so sure about the Alien head, but I love the thin cases for the regular packaging. Very cool. :thumbsup:

I had no idea that Japan has a bigger ALIEN fanbase than the U.S.

There's three different packages there. Which is which?

I HATE my American Quadrilogy package so much that I put the empty box up for sale at Amazon.

But, now I must risk my wife's wrath and convert my to dollars to yen in order to buy the giant Alien head set.

p.s. The Japanese super-set is amazing, and it looks like the standard set comes with a Kubrick figure. Nice!

Nice, don't know why R1 uses carboard all the time.

Yeah, don't care much for the alien head, but I would LOVE to have one of those thin case sets to house my dvds!

Those slims are very nice as well.. but what's with the PEZ Dispenser?

whoa! That first picture is just WOW. If it's 100$ or less I'm getting it (however I guess this will go for 300+)

btw, R2 EU quadrilogy used the same thin packaging, however the R2 JP is nicer - more greener and the box looks more classier IMO

hmmm, where will I put it though :)

I would love to replace my cardboard R1 box with the plastic R2 case. Much nicer. Of course, the alien head made me say, "Great googlie mooglie!" Wow. I wanna get that.

looks like a late April release....very cool packaging. wonder if anyone has this available for preorder yet. the big-head trends continue.

Well it's actually a ginormatron pez dispensor. when you push up on the head a dvd comes out.

I really love that neon green dvd box.

I absolutely love the Alien Quadrilogy set I have, but nothing pisses me off more than having 9 discs in a PANEL layout. I've had to super glue 2 panels on already.

I must have the Alien Head!!!!

I will gladly sell my soul for that Alien-head packaging.

You'll be amazed at the amounts of alien products in japan. I wouldn't say that they is a bigger fanbase, more so that companies like to release a lot more promo's and items such as this for the fans.
