Was the framing issue present on foreign Back To The Future discs?

I want the korean or brazilian versions for the dts, but I'm wary of the misframing issue. Was it ever present, and if so, was it fixed?

It is fixed on the Brazilian discs...according to hometheaterforum.com. Go get that DTS, boi! :)

Yes it's indeed fixed in Brazil, just make sure you don't get them from some small retailer that may still be stuck with the old pressing. For more information on this matter check

I have an extra set of the fixed R2/R2 DTS discs for Parts 2 & 3 around here somewhere. They sent me an extra for some unknown reason.
