Dubbed SPIRITS OF THE DEAD dvd?

Does anyone have information regarding an English dubbed release of SPIRITS OF THE DEAD (aka HISTOIRES EXTRAORDINAIRES) on dvd?

I have been able to locate a PAL VHS copy and was wondering if it is available on dvd.
