Limited French Dogville available for order

Amazon.fr has it. Does anyone know *for sure* what the subtitling situation on this is? I've seen conflicting reports but I'm guessing it has burned French subs on the main movie (don't know what this means for the commentary but I think that was in English) and optional English subs on the Danish extras.

Also any other sources and coupons? Seems the intersection of French and English bilingual/dvd collector/von Trier follower is small to nil.

...erm... *for sure* I don't know... BUT... dvdfr has announced the limited, numbered edition of this movie as featuring French, English AND Danish subtitles[*]... ergo: these would necessarily have to be OPTIONAL, not "burned" as you so charmingly put it... (even though the site also says "Sous-titres imposes" - the question is: which is it? )
[*] as has dvdrama

. . . . . .

Some folks have speculated that the English and Danish subs will only be available when the French dub track is selected. That would be pretty odd but it would reconcile having optional English and Danish subs and imposed French subs at the same time. This of course doesn't answer the question of why they would bother including English and Danish subs at all, but the distributor is apparently telling folks that there are in fact imposed subtitles in one form or another so this kind of speculation is warranted. Suffice to say I'm not putting in an order until this is definitively sorted out; if I miss out on the LE I guess I'll have to make do with the Danish release.

"A better link..."

. . . ? . . .

(thinks: ...that link doesn't give any information about contents, the availability - or not, as the case may be - of (optional, or not) subtitles...)

Um......I think the reason he said it was a "better link" is because it actually works, unlike the link in the first post (which leads to an error message on my browser).
