I have some questions..
Since I thought my Pioner DV-525 could only play region 1 dvd's I never looked into other region dvd's.
Now recently I have found out thats not true. I picked up Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are dead a region 0 dvd and now their are region 3 disc that will work... ok will all region 3 dvd's play or only these superbits & is their a web site that can help list other region dvd's that will play for me..??

I believe only R3 Superbits will play, not all region 3 discs. The Superbits are encoded for both Region 1 and Region 3. Most discs are only encoded for a single Region. Region 0 will play in any region player.

i think it will play all region 3 dics and all other foreign regions too.
i have a pioneer dv 515 and it plays all regions just fine.
so i think yours should too.

By UK standards, the Pioneer DV525 is now a pretty out of date "old school" style Pioneer, but they were known for their ease of multi region adaptability.

Black Hawk Down SB (korea) is Region 1,3 & 4.
