opinions on THREADS Reg 2
anyone have or watched this? wondering how transfer, etc is..alwsy thought the movie was good but its neve rbeen released here as far as I know

The transfer is not great. In fact it's pretty lousy, but honestly this is probably the only way you're going to get to see this movie again, and like you say it is pretty good.
I'd get the DVD if you like the movie.

The transfer is as good as it will ever look. Review here
Another thing for sure is I found it as disturbing as I did when I first saw it over 15 years ago.
If you like 'ground-breaking' anti-war drama it's also worth checking out The War Game which is released in the UK on the 21 January from www.bfi.org.uk on DVD.
