Hi,anybody got an opinion on this company.Placed an order for 2 Films 7 days ago,both showing available,but as of yet they have not dispatched the order,e-mailed with no reply.Is this usual for them?

Pretty much. You may well find that they have been sent and it’s just that the details haven’t been updated on their site. EMail response is very poor. If you get one at all it’ll be a good 7 days from the time you sent it. Once they are shipped they’re very quick and to my knowledge they’re the only Italian site with an English interface so there’s no real alternative.

Hi there!
well, my worst online shopping experiences are bound to dvd.it
they never reply to emails, they never ship within 24/48hours as they declare and so on
www.dvdland.it has an english interface, www.dvd2k.it too
