Questions on Andrei Rublev and Hani-Bi versions

Can anyone comment on the Spectrum R3 DVDs from Korea of Hani-Bi (Fireworks) and Andrei Rublev? Is the quality of Hani-Bi any better than the New Yorker DVD and is the making of interesting and/or subtitled? How about Andrei Rublev: is the same version and with the same extras as the Ruscico version (ie: significantly different from the Criterion version)?

...the SPECTRUM Rublov set (two DVDs) is identical to the RUSCICO release, except that it has optional English and Korean subtitles (the latter are not on RUSCICO releases) but no German, French, Dutch, etc. subs...

. . . :o . . .

Spectrum Hana-Bi pros/cons

The Spectrum version of Hana-Bi also plays on region 1 players. (I don't know if it's dual-region or all-region, though.)

The transfer is much better than the artifact-plagued New Yorker version, though the colors look a bit off.

The booklet and some of the extras aren't in English.
