Gamera 1995-1999 DVD Box R2 Help!

Hey Guys and Gals,

I'm trying to grab this particular box set and am coming up dry. no one seems to have it !

If you can point me to some e-tailers that may have it please post the links or email me with them!

Thanks, I'm a bit off my end with the search and would really appreciate a helping hand!

I'll even take a second hand version if anyone's selling any!

Cheers,

Chuck

I got mine from AMO Tokyo - a bunch of great guys, these fellas are. And shipping is free at 200+ bucks.

Oh - I totaly spaced on this. I know that ADV Films is set to release the first Gamera movie sometime soon, and I think I remember seeing something about them doing all three. No details other than "Soon" of course - but you might want to consider this in your purchase.

Do you want the R1 version sometime in the near future for considerably cheaper or do you want the R2 set now but for more cash?

ADV films will be releasing the entire trilogy in R1 only their discs will be English language dubbed. I haven't seen anywhere that there will be any dual language discs. As I absolutely hate dubbing. The original language version is a must! I was actually able to get one on last week from a Kaiju retailer. The price was a bit steep ($257.00 incl shipping) but in my estimation it was totally worth it. These are easily the best Kaiju films minted in recent years and having them in their orignal versions is waaaaaaaaaaay Cool! I watched them this weekend and I can say it was a great investment!

This was quite easy to get until about 3 months ago when Toshiba Japan finally ran out of stock

Cd Japan took if off the site quite some time ago but www.ld-dvd.co.jp (panorama) just ran out not too long ago.

AD Vision (yea whatever)
Even if they do pull it off they would be as sweet as this set it.

I get lots of comments on the key chain I use that came from this set.
