Recommend to me some good region 2 dramas (preferably British dramas)

I am looking either for TV shows on DVD or movies that are exclusive to region 2. I have my eyes on Bad Girls and This Life. Are there any others I should seriously consider buying?

I can highly recommend Cold Feet. It is a sort of British "Friends" and coincidentally stars Helen Baxendale who played Emily (Ross's second wife) in Friends.
