Are there snappers in other regions?
 

I was just wondering about this. I searched around a bit and couldn't come up with an answer to my question. I'm not region-free...yet, but I'm curious as to whether Warner Bros. and New Line use snappers for their non-R1 releases. It doesn't make a difference to me either way, just wondering.

R2 - yes for Warner

R4 - no (except for 1 or 2 titles and old Warner stock)
