Tokyo Decadence / Topaz

Are there any international versions of this available?
IMDB suggest that the US version is cut by nearly 30 minutes.
Plus the US version is in Pan&Scan - don't remember that when i saw this film theatrically many years ago.

Thank you in advance...

I've seen the VHS version of Tokyo Decadence on the shelf at my local video store and have always wanted to rent it for obvious reasons pokerindustries.com has a DVD of this that runs 109 minutes - I don't know if that's cut or not or where the DVD is from. This place offers an uncut version of this on tape. Japan retailers also might offer a DVD - I haven't looked, but if they do it will be expensive.
