According to a webpage at dvd.co.kr(translated from Korean):

Hello!

It's dvd.co.kr.

We are bringing information about the Indiana Jones DVDs.

We have discovered problems with rights to sell the item.

Additionally, customers have reported that the image quality falls short as a dvd.

After confirming with Paramount Studios, there have been no decisions to release the dvds before 2003.

Furthermore, we have decided to stop selling the dvds, and have refunded customers who have placed an order for the dvds.

We apologize for your inconvenience.

Thank you.

One poster(in Korean) on the website's forms wrote about how the image quality was poor, that the dvds are said to be sourced from LDs, that although it says 5.1, it's the same as stereo, and has with messed up sound separation(channel separation?).

Seoul of Indy

Looks like someone simply took the existing dvd bootlegs, created some fancy Korean packaging and dumped them into distrobution in Korea. Not the first time something like this has happened...
