Pre release date dvds

Noticed when i travelled outside the US there were original region 1 dvds available in the UK before the official US release by about 2-3 weeks before. any idea which website can ship them before the release date for customers outside the US?

www.dddhouse.com has some US titles before they are released in the US, but that's probably not what you mean. Street Dates are set up for a reason and if there's a store outside the US or inside the US that is selling a Region 1 DVD before the official street date, then they are doing it illegally. Most stores will get their DVDs days and sometimes weeks in advance of street date.
