Swimming With Sharks R2 w commentary

Time to hide behind the sofa again!

This movie is coming to R2, with a commentary by Spacey and the director, and a Kevin Spacey profile (though not sure if this is text based or a doc).

Date is April 22.

This is one of the only non horror movies that scares me - Spacey is pure evil, but brilliant. Your worst nightmare, every awful boss you have ever worked for rolled into one - and then some.

I want it - one of my favorite movies... The R1 version sucks.

They don‘t ship outside Europe though.

Also it’s 1.85:1 anamorphic

List £19.99, their price £18.99 (not much of a discount), £1.60 shipping to the U.S.

It's not up at Blackstar yet but I'll bet they'll have a better price.

If this version is not going to come out in Region 1 very soon, I'll have to get it. I love this movie!

Actual list price is £15.99 so look for lower discounted prices once etailers catch up.

Not much help to US people as they only ship to Europe but Play.com has it at the correct list price and also discounted to approx $18 - lowest price I could find..

Blackstar also have it correct now at approx $21 as do Amazon but more expensive at about $23.

I've found Amazon (on the whole) to be cheaper than Blackstar since Amazon lists their prices with the VAT included. Once the item goes into the shopping cart, the VAT is taken off (since the product is being shipped to the U.S.) and the final price is reduced. (If you order several DVDs at once you also save a little on the shipping. Blackstar charges per DVD item no matter how many you order.) THUS: the price of "Swimming Of Sharks" comes out to $18.08 at Amazon.co.uk at current exchange rates.

Advantages of Blackstar: You have thirty days to send back any DVD for ANY reason (even if you watched it.) Blackstar also gives out "Black Stars" which is an award program for money spent at their site. You can redeem the "Black Stars" for gifts which are listed on their web site. Shipping times "tend" to be a few days quicker with Blackstar, also.

Bensons Wold has it for £12.79 shipped, or about $18.12.
