try this:
press 1, then 0 then +10 then Previous then Next to bring up the region ID number on screen. You can now alter this using the cursors and select button. |
Welcome to the forum, boud.
In case you've not yet seen it, please be aware of the search function which may assist in pulling up some recent links to similar topics. I recall that some sites dealing with this kind of thing have been suggested. From elsewhere on the net I found this little piece: if you press the following sequence of buttons on the remote control, it will magically become region free: press 1, then 0 then +10 then Previous then Next to bring up the region ID number on screen. You can now alter this using the cursors and select button. Note that RCE (Region Certification Enhanced) discs, such as the US release of Charlie's Angels are not fooled by this multiregion hack and will refuse to play. there are no handset hacks for players from many manufacturers including Denon, Goodmans, Panasonic, Pioneer, Sanyo, Sony, Teac, Technics and Toshiba. |
:) Methinks jr.junior found the same site I did! But posted a minute earlier while I was formatting!!
