pokerindustries, how do they deal w/damaged discs?
I just received some scratched DVDs from poker, and I would like to have them replaced because of their condition. Do they replace them due to poor condition, regardless of whether or not the discs will play on THEIR players? I wouldn't want to get charged a 20% restocking fee.
I feel a bit cheated if they wouldn't exchange the discs because of their condition, I feel like I have purchased 2nd hand DVDs at full price.
Any experiences w/Poker and returning poor conditioned items?

I got a Iron Monkey UK(used copy) from them and it popped off the hub during shipping.
Scratched to no end and they ended up sending me a brand new one in it's place.
Seemed like a better deal to me.

Yes I emailed them first to make them aware of the issue, and
then got back a standard pasted email with the details
on how to send it back.
I was out the postage sending it to them but it was only
a couple of bucks.

thanks for the replies. I got an email back from them and they said that they'd replace them if I send them back. I hope that they will replace them because of condition instead of whether the scratched disc will "play" on their DVD players.
They seem to be reasonable, and seem to be pretty good in handling unsatisfied customers.
Thanks again for the replies.
