Looks like an Asian porno that tries to carry on the story of the Blade Runner film. Could either be really interesting or really really bad. If I had to predict - I'd say bad.

edit - I checked it out a little more and watched the trailer - (realplayer is such a worthless media player by the way) - I want to change my answer a bit - this is a porno that tries to get attention by using a little bit of Blade Runner backstory. It's going to be garbage, but if you like Asian porn then there you go.
