Help Needed with Malata N996 Audio Setup
 

I am not able to get the audio sound from the player's analog audio jacks except the 2 front-channel jacks. I have tried to change the audio setting from "stereo" to "5.0" or "5.1", and the speaker setting from "none" to "large" or "small" but to no avail. Am I missing some other crucial option setting(s) somewhere?

Thanks in advance for any info/suggestion.

What type of system do you have and how are you set up?
