Computers play PAL?
 

I was wondering if computers can play PAL. My DVD drive can be switched to all regions. I have a HP Pavilion. It's pretty new. I got it for Christmas last year. Also it says on my computer that I can change the region only four times before it becomes permanent. The only way that I can change it is if someone who knows computers changes it back. Is there any way to change the times so that it does not become permanent?

second question - there are sites devoted to exposing ways to alter DVD Rom drives so they can be region free or else the region can be changed multiple times. Do a search at google.com or perhaps someone else will provide a link.
